How to Use

Build Your Complete Magnesium Ritual

Always complete a small patch test before using each product for the first time.

Apply to clean, dry skin and begin with a small amount. Avoid using the products on broken, freshly shaved or highly irritated skin, and keep them away from the eyes, mouth and other sensitive areas.

Magnesium Oil Spray

Apply approximately two sprays directly to the desired area, or spray the product into your hands before gently massaging it into the skin.

For movement and recovery, apply it to tired or hardworking areas such as the shoulders, thighs, calves, arms or lower back.

Apply approximately one to two sprays and gently massage the product into the skin under adult supervision.

Remove the cap and roll the gel directly onto clean, dry skin.
