Return & Refund Policy
At MagneCo, we take pride in creating high-quality magnesium products and providing exceptional customer care. We stand behind every product we make and are committed to resolving any genuine product concerns fairly, professionally, and efficiently.
If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Refund & Return Policy below.
Returns Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your product must meet all of the following conditions:
Be unopened, unused, and in its original condition.
Be returned in its original packaging.
All boxed products must have the original security seal intact. Products with broken or removed seals are considered opened and are not eligible for return.
All refill pouches must remain heat sealed. Torn or opened pouches are not eligible for return.
Include proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or packing slip).
Be purchased directly from www.magneco.com.au.
Be returned within 21 days of the delivery date.
Be shipped back using a tracked postal service. Unless the return is due to a genuine manufacturing fault or an error by MagneCo, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Products Eligible for a Full Refund, Replacement or Exchange
You may be eligible for a full refund, replacement or exchange if your product:
Has a genuine manufacturing defect that prevents normal use.
Was supplied incorrectly by MagneCo.
Arrived with missing or faulty components (such as a defective spray trigger or faulty roller mechanism).
Contains a manufacturing fault confirmed by MagneCo.
Each request is assessed individually by our Customer Care Team.
Used or Opened Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products generally cannot be returned.
However, where a product has been used and is found to have a genuine manufacturing fault after assessment, MagneCo may, at its discretion, offer a partial refund of up to 50% of the original purchase price.
A used product includes any product that has been:
Opened
Applied
Tested
Partially used
Used in any way whatsoever
Any refund or replacement for a used product requires approval from MagneCo management.
Incorrect Products Supplied
If you receive the incorrect product due to an error by MagneCo, we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Where appropriate, we will:
Arrange a direct product swap.
Supply the correct product.
Cover the cost of shipping the replacement product where applicable.
The incorrect product may need to be returned before the replacement is dispatched.
Products Not Eligible for Return
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:
Opened or used products (unless approved due to a verified manufacturing fault).
Products with broken or removed security seals.
Products returned without proof of purchase.
Products purchased from third-party retailers or stockists.
Returns received more than 21 days after delivery.
Products damaged through misuse, improper storage, modification, accidents, neglect, or normal wear and tear.
Change of mind purchases.
How to Start a Return

Our Customer Care Team will assess your request and advise you of the next steps.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned product:
We will notify you via email of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days.
Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time.
If you have not received your refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact us.

Orders Damaged in Transit
If your parcel arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing:

Please include:
Your order number.
The email address used for your purchase.
Clear photographs of:
* The damaged product.
* The external packaging.
* The shipping label.
Damage that occurs during transit is not considered a manufacturing fault. We will assist by reviewing the information provided and, where appropriate, submitting a claim with the shipping carrier. Please retain all original packaging until the claim has been assessed.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to a verified manufacturing fault or an error by MagneCo:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Returns should be packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.
We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service, as MagneCo cannot accept responsibility for returns lost during transit.
Important Information
Please note:
Individual experiences and results may vary.
A customer’s personal preference, dislike of the scent, texture, feel, or absorption of the product is not considered a product fault.
Simply deciding that you no longer wish to use the product does not qualify for a refund.
All refund and replacement requests are assessed individually.
MagneCo reserves the right to inspect all returned products before approving a refund, replacement, or exchange.
Exceptions to this policy may only be authorised by MagneCo management.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Shipping Policy
At MagneCo, we’re committed to getting your magnesium goodness to you as efficiently and safely as possible. All orders are packed with care and shipped from the Sunshine Coast, QLD, Australia. We currently ship within Australia, to New Zealand, and worldwide.
Shipping Within Australia
Delivery Service:
Orders are dispatched via Australia Post with tracking provided.
Delivery Timeframe:
Please allow 2–5 business days for metro areas. Regional or remote addresses may take a little longer.
Shipping Costs (Australia):
- Orders under $100: Flat rate of $10
- Orders over $100: FREE shipping
Shipping to New Zealand
Delivery Service:
Orders are sent via Australia Post International.

Please allow 7–14 business days for delivery depending on your location.

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping details before checkout. If your address is incorrect and your parcel is returned to us, a $10 redelivery fee may apply. Refunds cannot be provided for incorrectly entered addresses.
All orders are shipped with Authority to Leave (non-signature). Please ensure your delivery location is safe if no one is home to accept the parcel.
