Our journey began with a desire to nurture and regulate ourselves, our loved ones, and our community, using nature’s intelligence and the body’s innate wisdom.

As mental health facilitators and nervous system educators, we saw a growing need for natural support that actually works. When we discovered the benefits of transdermal magnesium, everything changed. What began as a personal solution for pain, poor sleep, and emotional overwhelm soon became a mission to help others regulate, restore, and reconnect.

For Rekiah, this journey is deeply personal having once lived with CRPS/RSD (Chronic Regional Pain Syndrome), a complex and debilitating condition, she experienced firsthand how the body can regulate from sympathetic to parasympathetic when given the right support. Today, she no longer carries that diagnosis a living testament to the power of consistency, nature, and nervous system regulation.
