How to Use

Apply to clean, dry skin and begin with a small amount. Avoid using the products on broken, freshly shaved or highly irritated skin, and keep them away from the eyes, mouth and other sensitive areas.

Magnesium Gel Roll-On

Remove the cap and roll the gel directly onto the area you would like to support.

Apply approximately two to four strokes, then gently massage the gel into the skin if desired.
