Returns Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, products must meet the following conditions:

Unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

All our boxed products are sealed with a clear security sticker. If this seal is removed or broken, the product is considered opened and not eligible for return.

All our pouches are heat-sealed. If the seal is torn or opened, the item is not eligible for return.

Must include proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or packing slip).

Must have been purchased directly from our website: www.magneco.com.au

Returned within 21 days from the delivery date.

Shipped back using a tracked postal service. (We require a tracking number for return eligibility.)
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at returns@magneco.co.au with your order number and the email used for your purchase.
Once we receive and inspect your return, our customer care team will notify you via email about the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or provider to process the refund.
If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days from approval, please contact us at returns@magneco.com.au.

Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info.magneco.oils@gmail.com with your order number, the email used to purchase, and clear photos of the damage. We’ll sort it out as quickly as possible.
